Tish
PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Tish manages the daily operations of the practice by scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, managing patient records, and coordinating insurance and payments. She enjoys every step of the patient's journey and works to provide an excellent atmosphere in the office. Working with Dr. Sarah and the dream team here at the practice makes every day a wonderful day for her!
Outside of the office, Tish enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves gardening, reading, cooking, and going on adventures with her husband and two boys.
Rachael
TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Rachael has been an orthodontic treatment coordinator since 2002 and she enjoys every part of her job, from meeting new faces to helping patients find their perfectly individualized treatment plans. She enjoys eating the delicious recipes her husband discovers and hanging out with her incredible daughter every chance she gets before she leaves for college. She loves taking long walks with her spunky miniature schnauzer, and she is excited to be a part of this amazing orthodontic family!
Christina
CLINICAL ASSISTANT
Christina is passionate about delivering an incredible patient experience to everyone who sits in her chair. She loves getting to know her patients and their families and creating bonds with her patients that will last forever. She feels truly blessed to have a job that she loves, and you will feel that love every time you step into the office. She is married and has two grown, handsome boys and two active dogs who keep her very busy at home.
Outside of the office, you can usually find her working in the yard, riding bikes, or just hanging out at the beach with her family.
Kayla
CLINICAL ASSISTANT
Kayla has been in the field of orthodontics since 2012, and she loves watching patients transform and seeing their confidence increase. She is never too busy to stop and take the time to explain each procedure as treatment progresses so that her patients have a full understanding of their orthodontic care. Her patients’ comfort is her number one priority, she loves her job, and she couldn't think of doing anything else.
Kayla is a Hampton Roads native, is married to an amazing man, and together they have two beautiful daughters. When she is not in the office, you can find her hanging on the beach or enjoying time with her family.
Brianna
MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Brianna Fierro is our social media/marketing director. She graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in strategic communications & has been a photographer for the last six years. She has a passion for visual storytelling and enjoys working with local businesses to help them grow their branding.
